- Proactive monitoring, maintenance, and configuration of various IT infrastructures.
- Analyze and optimize the IT infrastructure for IT security and ensure trouble-free operation.
- Be responsible for user IT Helpdesk for hardware and software support.
- Gain insights into the planning and implementation of new projects. Implement your own projects.
- Apply best and most modern practices in IT Security.
- AInterest in technical challenges and, ideally, initial experience in hardware and software.
- Enjoy communicating and dealing with others and have a service-oriented way of working.
- Excellent command of the English language and technical terminology.
- Good command of the German Language(at least B2 level).
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. Good command of Office365 and administrative tasks.
- Excellent knowledge of file-sharing software (NFS, Windows, Samba).
- Excellent knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, Firewalling, Routing, DNS/DHCP).
- Knowledge of Windows Active Directory.
- Familiarity/experience with process automation (VBA, Python, Power Shell, Bash Scripting).
- Experience with Information Security Management Systems to conform with the highest industry standards(ISO/TISAX).
- Experience with penetration testing and technical vulnerability management.
- Experience in hardware maintenance.
