- Onboard new users, including deploying devices and setting up accounts & software
- Work on user incidents in a ticket management system
- Configure, Upgrade, Administer, Maintain, Monitor, Manage, Diagnose and Debug Computer Systems and Network Infrastructure
- Implement and Monitor backup and Business Continuity Processes
- Microsoft Active Directory domain management
- Office 365 User Management
- Document processes
- Keep up to date with best practices in IT administration
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in core infrastructure administration, based on Microsoft Directory services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- Troubleshooting knowledge of client/server windows operating systems
- Understanding of computer network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, DMZ, OSI Layers)
- Organization, Prioritization and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral
- MS Azure
- M365 (Office Online)
- Hyper-V and VMware virtual infrastructure
- MS SQL
- MS Sharepoint
- Cisco Networks and Telephony
- Fortinet Networks
- Containers
- ISO 27001 Policies & Procedures
