We are looking for an IT System Administrator/ IT Engineer based in Athens to be the primary responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks of our organization. You will be configuring computer systems, diagnosing software faults and solving technical and applications problems for company systems.
What you will focus on:
- IT automation and scripting
- Mobile device management configuration and troubleshooting
- Identity and access management
- Responding in a timely manner to employees' IT support issues and requests
- Setting up accounts for new users as required
- Working on implementing standards in the areas of Desktop, WAN, LAN
- Provide support on the company's cloud call center (3CX)
- Installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
What we are looking for:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computing or Engineering from a top-tier university
- 2 years of relevant working experience in a tech-savvy company
- 3CX intermedium knowledge or any call center experience
- Mobile Device Management knowledge
- API skills is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written command in English
- Good understanding of network systems and protocols
- Effective communications skills; ability to work cross functionally
- Customer service attitude and high level of energy
