Task Description

• You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external key partners and clients
• You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities as well as new partners, negotiating, and ensuring that all partnerships are mutually beneficial
• You will also be responsible for maintaining regular communication with partners, providing them with updates on our company’s services
• Identify conflicts, obstacles, and risks early on and provide appropriate solutions
• You will collaborate with employees to ensure successful partnership execution
• You will be responsible for measuring and reporting on partnership performance
• You will represent the company and its services in various meet- ups, conferences, or other business-related trips

Qualifications

• Studies in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• A Ph.D./Master’s degree in a relevant field (Communication, International Relations, Business Development, Relationship Management, or Sales Strategies)
• A proven track record of building and managing partnerships
• Utilize network and industry knowledge to identify new partnership opportunities
• Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
• Think strategically and drive results
• Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Trustworthiness and reliability
• Deep understanding of cultural differences, norms, and values - foster an inclusive and respectful workplace
