Workathlon is hiring a Night Auditor on behalf of Nous, 5-star Luxury Resort in Santorini.
Responsibilities
Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with resort policies and procedures.
Verify and reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments, balancing revenue and expenses for the day.
Prepare and distribute daily reports summarizing occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics to resort management and department heads.
Monitor and respond to overnight guest inquiries, requests, and emergencies, providing assistance and resolving issues as needed.
Coordinate with overnight staff in other departments, such as security, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Assist with late check-ins and early check-outs, processing reservations and payments, and providing exceptional guest service during non-traditional hours.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting, hospitality management, or related field is advantageous.
Previous experience in a front office or accounting role within the hospitality industry, with specific experience in night auditing preferred.
Proficiency in using PMS software and accounting systems, including knowledge of night audit procedures and reporting.
Familiarity with front office procedures, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations.
