Your Role As the Night Front Office Agent on the night shift, you’re the guardian of our hotel's operations after hours. From managing financial reports and resolving guest issues to handling reservations and supervising premises security, you ensure a seamless guest experience throughout the night. Your role is pivotal in maintaining smooth communication and addressing any emergencies that may arise. Collaborating closely with various departments, including Reservations, Security, and Maintenance, you play a key role in upholding our hotel’s standards of excellence, ensuring every guest's stay is secure and enjoyable. Join us in keeping our hotel running smoothly through the night and delivering exceptional service around the clock. This position involves a seasonal contract. Professional Qualifications & Skills:
Degree/Certification in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
Accomplished professional with 3 years of Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel setting
Excellent command of English and Greek (additional foreign language skills preferred)
Proficiency in financial calculations and Hotel PMS software, with knowledge of Fidelio or similar software as a prerequisite
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skilled in expertly handling guest complaints with precision and professionalism
Exceptional Time and Task Management
Well-Organized and constantly alert Mentality
Multitasking and strong Memorization skills.
