Chef de Partie / Cook A' - Nous Santorini
As a Chef de Partie, your role is to oversee a specific section in the kitchen and ensure that all dishes are effectively executed with consistent presentation, to maximize customer satisfaction.
You will also be responsible for coaching less experienced staff and take pride in passing on your knowledge to effectively develop the team.
The ideal candidates:
- have had previous experience in a similar/relevant role.
- are currently working in a fine-dining or high-class restaurant or 5-star hotel.
- are passionate about food.
- have a desire to learn and work hard.
- are keen to develop their career in a high-quality hospitality environment.
