The ideal candidate should be:
friendly and have a polite personality
able to multitask and use initiative, focusing on guests' needs
with good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues from various departments
a strong team player who can follow written and oral instructions and apply policies and procedures
detail-oriented
Requirements:
Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism
Fluency in English and Greek (conversation, reading and writing), knowledge of an additional language will be appreciated
Previous hotel experience, preferred in similar position
Fully computer-literate (OPERA)
Flexibility in working night shifts
