Semiramis Hotel in Kifisia is looking for a highly motivated Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities:
Preparers alcohol or non-alcohol drinks and beverages

Prepares garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks

Anticipate guest needs and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests

Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures

Constantly remain guest focused and promote exceptional guest experience

Maintain bar station clean and neat

Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors

Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures

Requirements :
Proven 2+ years of working experience in a similar position in 5* Hotels or High End Restaurants

Bartending certification or Bartending seminars will be considered as a plus

Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information

Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality

Knowing of a second foreign language will be considered as a plus
