Hotels’ Group, operating both City Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a Group Credit dept professional; The appropriate candidate must be an ambitious, young professional with high career aspirations & the drive to grow within the hospitality industry.
The Group is currently under expansion, especially in the resorts sector.

Education and Experience:
prior experience of 4-5 year in the sectors of Hospitality (front or back office), or Economics / Finance
and/or University diploma (or equivalent) required per sector
Credit department agent duties
Monitor and manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding debts.
Ensure all inquiries from guests or credit card companies are handled promptly (same day if possible) and professionally
Maintain local credit policies and procedures regarding billing, credit cards, collection and inquiries
Perform credit cards reconciliations, following up on various discrepancies that may occur with Banks and/ or with clients.
Monitoring of existing Customer credit, Customer payment applications and maintain credit histories
Coordinate with internal departments, such as Front Office, Sales, F&B, etc.. to obtain necessary information to resolve payment disputes and address customer inquiries regarding outstanding balances
Performs other related duties, as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with hotel PMS systems (i.e OPERA, Protel, etc..) is a plus
Familiarity with Greek accounting and financial principles is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills In Greek and English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word,etc..)
Team player and good cooperation with others
