As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms in collaboration with the marketing manager. Your role will involve identifying target audiences, creating engaging digital campaigns, and ensuring that the company's website and mobile app are updated to meet market needs. Your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of digital marketing trends will be key to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external agencies on digital advertising campaigns.
- Ensure the accuracy, relevance, and freshness of website and app content by regularly updating and maintaining both platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
- Develop content for digital channels, including the website, app, and blog.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless execution of digital initiatives.
- Testing and optimizing marketing tactics for customer acquisition and conversion rate optimization.
- Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels or strategies to keep ahead of the competition.
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the Marketing Team’s daily tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working in digital marketing roles, with a focus on developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing platforms, etc.
- Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as Word Press, Drupal, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics for website and app content updates.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a passion for staying up to date on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Hub Spot Certification) are a plus.
- Teamwork skills
- German language knowledge will be considered a plus
