DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
THE ROLE
Digital Marketing Specialist help businesses with the planning, execution, and management of online marketing campaigns aimed at effectively engaging and retaining customers. Their responsibilities include measuring the success of these campaigns to develop brand strategies that reduce lead costs and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Roles and responsibilities
Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media, SEM, and display, to drive revenue and increase ROI.
Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis.
Identify marketing performance issues and conduct root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Effectively communicate complex analyses by developing easy-to-understand reporting or visualization dashboards (e.g., demand funnel, marketing planning and budgeting, marketing ROI, operational efficiency, campaign impact, awareness, events, and strategic KPIs).
Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovations.
Deliver measurable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion (CPA) across all channels.
Main requirements:
BSc/MSc in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, , or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with a focus on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
In-depth knowledge of setting up campaigns in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta).
Experience in using third-party app measurement platforms.
Advanced skills in data analysis, data modeling, insights identification and optimization techniques, focusing on marketing metrics and KPIs.
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Very good command of English.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
