The ideal candidate will possess profound digital marketing expertise, a passion for performance-driven strategies, and a comprehensive understanding of digital media. This role involves executing cutting-edge digital strategies and overseeing campaigns for prominent e-commerce projects and brands in Greece.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the execution and optimization of paid campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo Ads, Tik Tok Ads etc.) in alignment with the clients’ objectives and KPIs
Ensuring campaigns are set-up with best practices and quality and routinely optimized for maximum efficiency, according to KPIs and defined targets
Develop customer reports by aggregating and analyzing information from web analytics tools and Data Studio. Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on advertising spend (Ro AS)
Provide expert consultation to customers of the company, helping them to make the most out of the digital tools available and used by the company
Stay current with performance marketing trends and best practices
Freely share knowledge, insights, best practices, tactics and ideas across her/his team. Be motivated to ensure that knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up to date with a research & development attitude
Operating as the point of contact for assigned customers
Demonstrate a cooperative spirit and contribute to a positive working environment Understand the importance of achieving team goals & cooperate with different people and level of seniority

Requirements

At least 4 years hands-on working experience with Google ads (search, display, shopping/pmax, and video) and Meta ads. Experience with other ad platforms such as Tik Tok ads, Criteo ads, as well as programmatic buying platforms (DSPs) will be considered a plus
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and especially with advanced features like Exploration, Custom Reports etc.
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any similar field (active students that have not graduated may still be accepted)
Good presentation and client-facing skills
Attention to detail
Established sense of duty and ownership
Eager to learn, and have a passion for performance marketing
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Looker Studio
Experience using Microsoft/Google Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Slides etc.)
Google Ads & Analytics Certification
It would be also great if you have:
Experience managing individuals
Experience in CRM Marketing and especially with platforms like Klaviyo and Contact Pigeon
Awareness of basic Search Engine Optimization principles
Ability to read and evaluate a tracking setup through Google Tag Manager
