Mobi Web M.E.P.E. is actively looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Patras. Job holders will be responsible to help customers with issues related to their b2b accounts, provide product/services information with accuracy and efficiency, ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction in a strictly professional way.

Responsibilities:
Monitor systems and quality of service.

Help customers with issues and solve problems.

Provide accurate information to customer queries.

Interact and collaborate with other departments in order to identify solutions for our customers.

Utilize customer feedback, reporting what you observe to the management team in order to improve our customer service and products.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Excellent / Professional command of English language (oral and written).

Excellent computer skills (Web Browsers, Email Clients, Word, Excel, Spreadsheets, tables etc.).

Mobi Web operates a 24/7 support model so the ability to work night shift and weekends is required.

Bonus Points:
Excellent / Professional command of 2nd foreign language (oral and written) Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Knowledge of crisis management principles

Excellent / Professional command of 3rd foreign language (oral and written)

Knowledge of Technical and IT business telecommunications

This position requires dealing directly with customers by telephone and electronically. Job holders will be responsible to respond promptly to customer inquiries / support requests and resolve customer complaints. Proficient knowledge of a second foreign language, besides English, will be considered as an additional advantage.
