Telecommunications - Customer Support with German language (Γερμανικά) - Athens
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Greece included.
You will be working for a major telecommunications company with headquarter in France. It provides mobile, internet, and TV services to consumers and businesses across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. It also offers IT and telecommunications solutions for businesses.

Pay: 1,520.00€ - 1,760.00€ per month

You will be working for a major telecommunications company with headquarter in France. It provides mobile, internet, and TV services to consumers and businesses across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. It also offers IT and telecommunications solutions for businesses.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Provide information on products
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams
- Stay up-to-date with new features and content
- Follow strict guidelines for data protection and customer privacy.
- Fluent level of German language (at least C1)
- Good level of English language (at least B2)
- Communication skills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
- Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
- You need to be in Athens, Greece or open for permanent relocation there
- Standard salary of 1300€ gross x 14 months
- Monthly Performance Bonus up to: up to 240€ gross
- Paid holidays at higher rates according to Greek law
- Health package
- Full-time, fixed-term Greek contract
