Customer Service Representative
Economy Car Rentals.com and Car Flexi.com are two online platforms operating in the car rental industry worldwide for the last 25 years. We are growing constantly and dynamically in terms of sales, personnel, and most important the quality of our services.
As the car rental business is working at a fast pace, we have to keep up the status to maintain the lead in the Car Rental field.
We are passionate about throwing company events to know each other better and to celebrate the achievements we meet TOGETHER.
Currently, we are looking to expand our Customer Service and Data loading team.
As a customer service representative of Economy Car Rentals.com and Car Flexi.com YOU will be the connecting point of the Car Rental world.
Requirements:
As the car rental business is working at a fast pace, we have to keep up the status to maintain the lead in the Car Rental field.

As a customer service representative of Economy Car Rentals.com and Car Flexi.com YOU will be the connecting point of the Car Rental world.
Requirements:
- Mandatory to be in Greece, applications made from abroad will be rejected.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English as well as one of the languages below German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese or Swedish, or other.
- Customer-centric mentality with result-driven emphasis.
- Excellent communication skills, and comfort in business email communication,
- Good knowledge of computer and internet skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel files (Data loading team)
- Load, validate, and manipulate data with precision. (Data loading team)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. (Data loading team)
- Implement crisis management strategies to address unforeseen challenges. (Data loading team)
- Maintain a keen eye on deadlines and proactively manage workload. (Data loading team)
- Completed military service (for men).
- Previous work experience, especially in the field of Travel/Tourism or Customer Service.
- Manage incoming customer issues (in email format and phone calls) and use critical thinking to prioritize them.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solving
- Customer Service focused mentality
- Register relevant information to the company's IT platform. (Data loading team)
- Identify opportunities to provide information that customers may require at a later stage.
- Being able to multitask for different projects with competing priorities

- 5 days a week (Monday to Sunday)
