Sandblu boοsts an unmatched offering of Food and Beverage outlets, and provides a high- end experience for our guests . Our F&B program consists of two restaurants (designed by the globally renowned architects, Rockwell Group), a wine bar, a wine cave, and a bakery.
For the above outlets, we are seeking to employ a Bartender.
Responsibilities
- Knowing all Liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic beverages ordered.
- Characteristics/description of wines/champagnes ordered.
- Designated glassware, ingredients, preparation method and garnishes required.
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment; use equipment only as intended.
- Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.
- Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level daily.
Qualifications
- Previous experience at a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Workplace training from within a high standard hotel environment.
