Your Tasks
We are looking for a working student to join our team and support us in various processes within the Packaging & Formula Science Lab. We deal exclusively with new sustainable emulsion formulas and packaging materials, in particular recycled materials. Your tasks will include practical laboratory-related tasks as well as the preparation of documents and evaluation of data. The weekly working time of approx. 12 hours can be spread over 2 to 3 days. You will also gain valuable insights into the product & packaging development process and be part of a cross-functional project team. Typical tasks as a working student in our team are e.g:
Data evaluation, preparation and analysis in Excel and Power Point
Support with practical activities in the laboratory (product production/filling/evaluation)
Scientific testing and evaluation of formula and packaging material interactions
Implementation and evaluation of new test methods in the laboratory
Supporting the team in presenting the results
Your Profile
Science-oriented studies at a technical college or university (e.g. packaging technology, materials science, chemistry, food technology, chemical engineering, pharmacy, process engineering, etc.)
Enrolled student with at least 3 more semesters of lectures to go
Experience with researching information via online media & databases
Laboratory experience available (internship)
International mindset; ability to work independently and autonomously
Good organizational and communication skills
Interest in sustainability, innovation & creativity
Very good knowledge of written and spoken German and English
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Power Point and Excel
