Your Tasks

Multi project management of IIM projects and Supply Chain Transfer Projects
Leading cross-functional Supply Chain Teams
Member of IIM Project Core Teams
Defining and steering necessary work packages to achieve the project target in cross-functional teams
Securing change-, quality- and risk management within the projects
Securing a robust Supply Chain Set-Up for the new Product Innovation
Interface between Supply Chain functions and the IIM process
Central point of contact for cross-functional topics within Supply Chain
First contact point for GBU regarding brand group specific Supply Chain topics

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree from a reputable Technical or Economics University
Several years of demonstrable experience in a relevant business capacity, with a focus on at least one aspect of the Supply Chain function
Proven track record in leading teams, with a particular emphasis on cross-functional and international team management
Exceptional communication skills, adept at bridging hierarchies and fostering collaboration across various functions
Strong motivational skills to inspire teams towards common goals
Proficiency in Project Management, with a history of successfully leading and executing projects within defined timelines and budgets
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and analytical abilities to effectively navigate complex business scenarios
Self-motivated individual with a diplomatic approach to handling challenges
Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is advantageous
