We are looking for our future Global Process Owner Supply Chain (m/f/d) to support our Commercial Business for Main Distribution Systems (MDS) for our location Obernai (France) or Blieskastel (Germany) on a permanent contract.

Mission
As Global Process Owner Internal Supply Chain (m/f/d) , you are responsible on Group level for end to end design, implementation and monitoring of MDS Supply Chain processes effectiveness and efficiency to improve customer satisfaction

Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end MDS supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs to support MDS project business strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Sourcing & Supply Chain, Operations, D&I and Finance to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Supply Chain strategy
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance and drive operational excellence and quality service
Lead global change management initiatives related to logistics processes, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new practices
Monitor and analyze supply performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions and recommendations for strategic decision-making
Manage relationships with key supply chain partners and suppliers to ensure service levels meet or exceed expectations
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Provide support, guidance and trainings to regional logistics teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

Profile

You have advanced education (min. Bachelor Degree) and 10 years in Supply chain management, logistics and /or related field
You worked in a reactive, complex, international and transversal environment in an industrial company
Proven track record of designing and implementing successful supply chain processes and tools
Experience in leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes and tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Deep understanding of international trade regulations and compliance requirements
Proficiency in supply chain software and tools
Fluent in English, and German or French
Travelling requested in Europe
