Tasks
- Assist with administrative tasks in the monthly closing process.
- Conduct Excel-based analysis and perform data checks to ensure accuracy.
- Upload and download financial data in SAP to support month-end processes.
- Support the team during the budget phase by managing tasks and ensuring smooth execution.
- Gain first-hand insights into the company’s planning processes and tools.
- Assist in organizing and conducting various checks related to financial data and budget processes.
- Add raw planning data with additional information for comprehensive analysis.
- Perform Excel-based analysis of financial and planning data.
- Upload planning data into SAP for integration into company systems.
- Enrolled student in the field of controlling, finance, industrial engineering, economics, business administration or similar courses of study
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in data analysis.
- Affinity for IT systems and a keen interest in using technology to streamline processes.
- Highly organized and structured working style, with attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and supporting controlling and financial planning processes.
- Basic knowledge of SAP system is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, particularly during time-sensitive tasks like month-end closing and budgeting phases.
- Flexible working hours, 50% remote work possible
- Salary: 15€/hour
- 30 days of holiday per year
