YOUR MISSION

As a Product Owner for Collaboration Tools, focusing on Jira and Confluence, you will be responsible for providing our teams worldwide with optimal collaboration solutions. You will shape the future of our internal communication and project management platforms, ensuring that our colleagues can work efficiently and seamlessly together.

TASKS WITH IMPACT

Take responsibility: You will be the central contact and decision-maker for the further development and optimization of our collaboration tools (especially Jira and Confluence), ensuring that the systems run smoothly and meet the needs of our teams.

Manage requirements: You will work closely with stakeholders and various departments to gather requirements, prioritize them, and translate them into concrete implementation plans, always staying close to the users’ needs.
Develop product vision: You will develop and maintain a clear product vision for Jira and Confluence, laying the foundation for continuous improvement of the tools. You will also stay up to date with innovations and market trends.
Project management: You will be responsible for planning, steering, and implementing projects to introduce new features or tools, ensuring that deadlines and budgets are met.
Act as a liaison: You will collaborate closely with the IT team, business development, and end-users to understand requirements, implement solutions, and ensure optimal support.
Technical operations: You will oversee the smooth operation of the tools and establish the necessary operational strategy.
Training and support: You will plan and conduct training for users to maximize tool acceptance and usage. You’ll also be the go-to person for any questions or issues.

YOUR SKILLS

Experience: You already have solid experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role related to collaboration tools, especially with Jira and Confluence.
Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of using and configuring Jira and Confluence and experience with integrating other tools and plugins.
Agile mindset: You have extensive knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Communication skills: You can effectively communicate complex technical requirements and act as a bridge between different departments.
Solution-oriented thinking: You think analytically, identify optimization potential, and proactively implement improvements.
Language skills: Excellent English skills are essential in our global company; German skills are an advantage.
