TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • You will assist with the preparation and follow-up of meetings, support budget planning, and take on tasks in the area of transfer pricing. You will monitor project progress and organize offsite strategy meetings, team meetings, and other events.
  • You will consolidate high-quality documents, reports, and presentations for senior management, ensuring that the information is accurate and complies with company standards.
  • You will support the planning, coordination, and management of strategic projects. You will track progress, ensure deadlines are met, and provide administrative support.
  • You will organize and manage high-level meetings, strategy sessions, and events, ensuring smooth operations, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • You will take on smaller team tasks, such as administrative duties, research, or project-related tasks.

YOUR SKILLS

  • A completed university degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, analytics, or a related field.
  • Initial relevant work experience as an assistant (m/f/d), with up to 3 years of experience preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and Power Point, ideally with experience in travel management and expense reporting.
  • Fluent in both German and English, in written and spoken form.
