Product Owner - Booking team
We're looking for a motivated and driven Product Owner to join our Booking team in Munich. The vision of the Booking team is to provide an easy, engaging, enjoyable booking experience for all our customers so they love our booking platform.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- You work with key stakeholders to define, design, implement and optimise the booking funnel experience
- You own, prioritise and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision. Going beyond user story writing to own and push the product forward
- You have a good understanding of emerging technologies and align the roadmap with the product backlog and vice versa
- You create and maintain an exceptional understanding of the customer and their current and future needs
- Make the role your own, taking ownership of your responsibilities and bringing your strengths to your role and the PO community
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with close collaboration to product teams
- You are a strong communicator and can get peers, management and stakeholders on board
- You bring fresh ideas and challenge the status quo, seeking novel solutions to problems. You effectively communicate the impact of these ideas and create plans to implement them
- Experience working in an e-commerce or marketing environment is useful but not mandatory
- Profound curiosity that shapes your priorities. You thrive on understanding the 'why' behind things, not just concentrating on the 'what' and 'how' of product development
- Strong digital background/expertise in digital projects
- Lateral Leader, community builder, you have ability to moderate and adapt communication/presentation quickly to groups with heterogeneous technical backgrounds
- You understand Agile Software Product development principles and techniques (e.g. User Story Mapping, Impact Mapping, Lean, Design Thinking, etc.)
- You'll bring openness, mutual respect and understanding, curiosity and positive attitude to collaborations across the domain and company
- You thrive in an environment embedded with freedom and don't need constant guidance
- Fluent in English
- Experience with SQL, Snowflake for making data-driven decisions
