THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As an intern with the Merchant Performance team at Zalando (Zeos), you will support a team dedicated to optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, promoting education, and ensuring a positive partner experience. As an intern with the ZEOS Merchant Performance Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance operational efficiency and stock management for our partners. Here's what you'll be doing:

Report Compilation: Assist in putting together detailed reports on merchant performance and stock management.

Direct Communication: Write emails to merchants, addressing their needs and supporting their operational improvement.

Team Support: Provide daily support to the team in various tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF…

Basic Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel is mandatory. Experience with Google Sheets is a plus.

Language Proficiency: Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, are essential, as English is the team’s primary language.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately compile and manage data.

Strong Communication Skills: Capable of writing clear and professional emails to merchants.

Team Player: Willingness to support the team in daily business activities and collaborate effectively.
