About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Who may apply

Current University students and recent graduates, able to commit to at least 3 days a week for a tenure of 6 months at least from October 2024

Note: Working Visa is not sponsored.

Respons Ibilities

Connect with different parties to understand requirements of tooling
Maintain internal testing environments to ensure quality control process
Support engineers in daily development work in configuration management and issue troubleshooting
- Java automation. Cypress UI automation plus

Requirements

Ability to develop software in Java & familiar with QA testing tasks
Familiarity with popular middlewares like My SQL/Kafka/Elasticsearch, etc
Understanding of software development life cycle and modern CI/CD process
Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
Fast learner, good troubleshooting skills and strong work ethic
Able to speak in both Chinese and English due to international stakeholders' communication efficiency
