Your Tasks
Join our European commercial excellence team as a Data Analytics Intern, where you will assist in various areas such as data collection, mining, visualization & presentation to provide valuable insights for our commercial excellence projects. You will work in cross-functional teams to understand consumer and market trends and how to best respond to them and explore new ways for business growth.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of data analytics in an international FMCG player, working closely with an international team in headquarters to enhance your skills and contribute to real-world commercial excellence projects in the different countries.

- Practical application of data analytics/science methodologies to solve business problems

Data Cleansing & Transformation Analytics Support:
Identify and address inconsistencies, errors, and missing values in datasets to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Develop and implement data cleansing procedures using tools such as Power Query or Python scripting. -
Data Visualization & Dashboard Development & Maintenance:
Create visually appealing and informative reports and dashboards using Power BI as data visualization tool, maintain & enhance end-to-end reporting solutions and dashboard features - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics & BI.
- Create training material on data analytics and business-related topics & coordinate training plan incl. execution
Your Profile
- Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field.
- Ideally, first experience in the field of data analytics/science
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English (spoken and written)
- International mindset & experience in working in environments with organizational & cultural sensitivity
- Structured, organized & detail-oriented working style
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, used to work under time pressure
- The role is located in the Beiersdorf HQ in Hamburg
