HR Generalist (m/f/x)

Step into the role as our HR Generalist, where you'll enhance the employee experience and optimize HR operations from day one! Key Responsibilities:
Drive Talent Acquisition & Brand Building: Partner with hiring managers to post roles, screen resumes, and engage candidates. Represent Alasco at job fairs and campus events, showcasing our brand to top talent.
Coordinate Seamless Onboarding: Organize and lead onboarding for new hires, setting them up for success from day one.
Create Impactful HR Content: Design employer branding materials, manage social media content, and prepare internal communications.
Manage Essential HR Records: Maintain digital and physical employee records, assist with payroll and benefits, and ensure smooth document handling for offers and contracts.
Enhance Employee Support: Act as a go-to resource for HR-related inquiries and support/implement various HR projects and initiatives to foster a positive work environment for all Alascians.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
Fluent German and English is essential
1-2+ years of experience in HR or Recruiting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and process management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Suite and experience in working with HRIS / ATS is beneficial but not essential
