We are offering an exciting opportunity for a talented Sous Chef Preparation to join our prestigious luxury cruise line, known for its exquisite fine dining experience. Position: Sous Chef Preparation
Contract: 5 months on, 2 months off
Salary: $4,500 tax-free per month (paid only while on board)
Start Date: January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own station in the main galley, creating dishes that will delight our guests across various onboard restaurants.
Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and Senior Sous Chef to maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Lead and support a small team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role in luxury or 5-star establishments (cruise experience is preferred but not mandatory).
Fluency in English to effectively communicate with a diverse team and guests.
A readiness to comply with onboard requirements, including obtaining a C1D Visa, STCW certificate, medical examination, and Seaman’s book (assistance may be provided for qualified candidates).
