Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring outstanding guest experiences in our dinning outlets on board.
- Supervise daily operations, manage staff, and uphold the highest standards of service and presentation.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages collaboration and excellence.
- Assist in training staff to provide exceptional service and ensure adherence to luxury standards.
- Monitor inventory and assist in maintaining quality control.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within luxury or 5-star operations is required. Cruise experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
- A willingness to obtain necessary certifications and documents (C1D Visa, STCW certificate, Medical exam, Seaman’s book) if not held already.
- A proactive, motivated attitude with a passion for delivering first-class hospitality.
