Your role and responsibilities

The working model for this position is as follows: Linked In #hybrid Mission Statement: Develop Proactive Services sales on the installed base DRIVES Main Accountabilities • Identify and understand the access channels to the End Customers, define a commercial action plan, communicate a monthly report on business actions, results and forecasts, with the Sales Force CRM • Promote the offer of proactive services (Rewamping, Retrofit, Maintenance, Predictive, etc.) • Ensure the follow-up and development of existing customers within the geographical perimeter by physical or virtual visit. • Prospect new customers oriented towards ABB's Target Segments. Be a force of proposal for cus-tomers with a strong orientation Selling Solutions with added value. • Promote energy efficiency, and its implementation, both technical and administrative (e.g. EEC bonuses) • To know the state of affairs and current projects, investment plans, decision-making circuits, their organization. • Synthesize and present the client's needs internally in order to develop a commercial proposal, build the offer with the support of the project managers, respect the deadline for delivery to the client • Analyze customer business conditions (CGA), negotiate the final offer in accordance with ABB Group rules, follow up on customer receivables until full collection You'll be joining a young, high-performance team where you can flourish.
Qualifications for the role

  • Bac + 3 minimum
  • Knowledge in sales, obtained by initial education or 5 years experience
  • Basic knowledge in Mecanic, Electrotechnics and variable speed applications
  • English operational imperative
  • Results Orientation, teamwork & collaboration, customer & Market Orientation
