Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our call center team as a Reservation Support Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and homeowners who use our vacation rental services. Responsibilities :
Handle inbound calls from guests and homeowners who require support with their vacation rental bookings.
Provide accurate and timely information about our vacation rental properties, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics.
Qualifications :
Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with vacation rental industry preferred.
