About the role
Our Marine Service and Aftermarket team is looking for a new colleague for a permanent position as Service Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for global marine customers to sell, plan and arrange HI-FOG service visits.
Key responsibilities for this position include
- Promoting, quoting, selling, and coordinating service visits
- Service visit resource planning, organizing, and arranging field service activities in co-operation with internal stakeholders and end customers
- Proactive service sales for marine customers and received customer leads
- Service pipeline customer handling and management
- Service order handling
- Cost allocations, collection and processing field reports and costs
To be successful in the role you need to have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or from another relevant field
- Experience from a customer service, sales, or administrative role
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and other IT skills.
- Sales and customer-oriented approach and mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with tight deadlines.
- Proactive way of working and good prioritization skills.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to develop and learn.
- Active, clear, and polite means of communication habits
Not necessary, but it would be advantageous to have:
- Finnish language knowledge
- Experience/background from the Marine industry
- Experience with hydraulic systems or from the fire safety industry
