Our Spare Parts Sales team is currently seeking a dedicated colleague to fill a fixed-term position as a Spare Part Sales Coordinator. This role will be covering a maternity leave and is expected to last until August 2025. In this role, you are responsible for quotation preparation and order processing for our global marine customers e.g., Cruise vessels, Luxury Yachts, and Ferries. In addition, you are responsible for delivering parts for Hi-Fog system services, ship operators, distributors, and agents. You will also assist with technical support related to the HI-FOG system spare parts and take ownership of the due diligence of international trade compliance-related matters. It is important that you can build, and nurture good customer relationships in a multicultural environment. You will have the support of your colleagues and support functions at Marioff and work in close co-operation with sales, projects, technical, and service operations teams among others.
Job Description:
Quote, sell, and deliver spare parts for installed HI-FOG systems
Ensure that spare part quotations and orders are handled by best practices and guidelines in a timely manner.
Ensure that ethics requirements are fulfilled and spare part sales activities comply with Marioff policies and procedures
Be responsible for export control and international trade compliance matters
Communicate daily with Service Sales Coordinators, Key Account Managers, Field Operations team, and Logistics team
Give technical support related to spare parts to external customers
Qualifications and personal attributes:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics, or other suitable education.
Sales and customer-oriented attitude and previous work experience in a similar role.
Ability to work systematically and persistently
Detail-oriented attitude, excellent prioritization skills, and understanding of processes
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with tight deadlines.
Ability to think and act independently and take initiative when appropriate.
Fluent and good communication skills in English, both spoken and written, Finnish skills are a plus.
