  • Making sure that engineering data is available in databases.
  • Maintaining product structure and product configurator data.
  • Acting as a project manager for small-scale R&D projects.
  • You collaborate closely with the product line manager, other teams in R&D and product development, manufacturing, assembly, sourcing, spare parts, as well as our suppliers and other partners.
  • Depending on your background, additional specific responsibilities may also be part of your role.
Your background and what we find important
  • Suitable educational background (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering), 3D CAD knowledge, and several years of experience in product development tasks.
  • An innovative mindset with a genuine desire to develop new solutions and tackle challenging tasks.
  • An organized way of working and a passion for coordinating teamwork.
  • Previous knowledge of mobile equipment, diesel engines, electrics, hydraulics, control systems, and cabins, as well as experience in strength calculation, welding, castings, and design-to-cost principles, are considered an advantage.
  • Success in this position requires initiative, an active work approach, good interaction and teamwork skills, perseverance, and fluent oral and written skills in English.
What’s in it for you?
We offer you interesting tasks in our modern, continuously evolving, and international product development environment, as well as the opportunity to develop your own professional skills and career. In addition, we offer a multi-form and inclusive corporate culture focused on sustainable development, with values such as Innovation, Fair Play, Customer Focus and Passion to Win. We at Sandvik believe that the diversity of experiences, perspectives and backgrounds will contribute to successes for our employees, our company and therefore also our customers.
