We are seeking a
Planning and Consolidation System Analyst / Administrator
based in one of our main locations to manage and optimize our Financial Planning and Consolidation process using the One Stream platform. In this role, you will collaborate with Business and Financial Teams to enhance understanding of One Stream functionalities and optimize our data models.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the solution change demand process, including master data, integrations, and user access roles.
- Implementing technical modifications and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Developing and maintaining forms, dashboards, and management reports.
- Supporting monthly maintenance tasks and troubleshooting for end users.
- Coordinating testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Creating training materials for One Stream users.
About You:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a financial planning and consolidation system administrator, implementer or power user would be an advantage (preferably One Stream).
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Knowledge of driver-based planning, forecasting, and financial processes would be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced MS Excel capabilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Location and Reporting:
You will be based in one of our main Outokumpu locations in Europe (Helsinki, Krefeld, Vilnius), becoming part of our global One Stream development team and reporting to Ferenc Marton, Manager of System Administration and Governance.
