The Role:
As the Head of People & Culture, you will be a strategic partner to leadership, responsible for enhancing our people strategy, driving talent acquisition, and cultivating a culture that aligns with Draivi’s core values of growth, courage, and innovation.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Lead global talent acquisition efforts to ensure our high-performing teams grow efficiently
Culture & Development: Foster a positive work culture, implement development programs, and support continuous learning for all employees.
Employee Recognition & Rewards: Design and implement fair and motivating reward systems to recognize and retain top talent.
Special project Management and Reporting: Oversee reporting for Business Finland Market Explorer projects in Mexico and Vietnam and manage new potential projects.
Event Leadership: Plan impactful internal and external events to foster team cohesion and partner relations.
Employee Support: Oversee onboarding, coaching, and support functions to create a seamless experience for all team members.
Office & Operations Management: Ensure smooth office operations, reinforcing a productive and supportive work environment.
