We are now looking for Head of Integration Services to join our Tec Hub Integration & Automation team!

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Integration Services to manage and develop our integration service team, processes, and platforms. Responsibilities include end-to-end accountability for our integration solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver high performance, owning processes and partner management, and managing financials in cooperation with the technical team and managers. You will drive the integration strategy and vision, execution, and continuous improvement of our integration services, as well as work as a line manager for the integration team.

Since this role includes a wide range of responsibilities, both technical and non-technical, we expect you to be able to grasp complex tasks in a changing environment and have an open mind and willingness to adapt. As you will be managing the internal team and subcontracting partners, strong social skills and solid managerial experience are required.

Key responsibilities:

End-to-end service delivery responsibility across the entire service lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining security and cost efficiency, and utilizing the best technologies for Posti.
Manage the integrations team, set vision and targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, ensuring that service delivery meets expectations and provides smooth integration service delivery.
Ensure that services align with target architecture, Posti's security policies, and standard operating procedures.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a technical manager, preferably with a background in platform management and ownership.
Previous managerial experience.
Experience with integration platforms such as Boomi, Mule Soft, AWS API Gateway, Apache Camel, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Experience in cost and vendor management, including negotiating third-party agreements.
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver measurable business results.
Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture technologies (Kafka, Solace) is a significant plus.
Fluent language skills in both Finnish and English.
