Accode is now part of Visma Solutions and we’re looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join our team!
Accode is building an automation platform for accounting offices in the Nordics. Trusted by thousands of customers, including the largest accounting offices in Finland, we're changing how automation and AI are used throughout the accounting process to deliver real, measurable business results.

What will you be doing?
Your role will be instrumental in shaping the automation platform we are building. While your focus will be on front-end technologies, you’ll also bring your full-stack expertise to the table.
Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining features and functionality for our automation platform and task management workflows, with a focus on the front-end.
• Designing, architecting and delivering solutions from idea to full production usage, for a growing user base with a wide range of automation challenges.
• Collaborating with our tight-knit team including our customers to deliver new features and improvements, and to ensure a cohesive product experience.
• Participating in roadmapping, technical discussions, and decision-making for future initiatives.
• Debugging and resolving issues, ensuring that our products and platform runs smoothly for all our customers.

Technologies you'll work with:

• Type Script in React and Node.js
• Postgre SQL
• Git Hub Actions, Terraform, Docker, monitoring and logging tools

What are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development, with an emphasis on front-end technologies.
• Deep understanding of Type Script (React), with a solid understanding of backend development (Node.js). The ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Proven track record of full-stack projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex technical issues and a proactive approach to new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.

Here’s also some nice to have stuff:

• Experience with querying, monitoring and maintaining databases, such as Postgre SQL.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code tools (Github Actions, Terraform).
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Finnish language skills.

Visma Solutions has offices in Helsinki and Lappeenranta, but you can also work from other Visma offices across Finland. This role can also be fully remote from anywhere in Finland.
We believe diversity is a richness so we would love to have applications from people with various backgrounds. However, we are not able to offer relocation services so you would need to be already based in Finland and have a valid work permit.
The salary range in this position is difficult to estimate as it can be anything between 4000-6000 €/month depending on your relevant experience and seniority, but we are happy to hear your expectations.
Our recruitment process includes two rounds of interviews, first one with Recruiter & Team rep. (30-45 mins) and second being a technical Interview (90 mins).
