About the role
As a developer, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing applications related to electronic health declarations and/or medical underwriting for our customers across the Nordics. These applications are primarily built using React and Type Script for the front end, with Cosmos DB as the database and a .NET-based backend.
You would:
Work with continuous delivery as the main principle, where accountability for delivery is shared in the team.
Be part of Quality Assurance processes and strive to drive automated testing along with continuous delivery.
Participating in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Present and share technical knowledge to the team.

About the team
The squad, called Health High tech, is responsible for the applications enabling the completion of electronic health declarations to private and commercial customers. We are the concluding part of the Personal product's purchase flow. Our role is to keep the health evaluation process simple for our Nordic customers while reducing the risk for If and by that enabling lower prices for all our customers. The squad consists of senior developers, a Quality Assurance engineer, an insurance product expert and business requirement specialists. The Health High Tech are a part of our Reactor tribe, with about 130 people in total across the Nordics and Baltics.

You also have:
Proven experience developer in a fast-paced environment with minimum 2 years of development experience on a relevant tech stack
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
Good knowledge of Type Script and React
CI/CD tooling framework (Azure Dev Ops)
Solid experience writing unit tests.
Relevant Bachelor’s or master’s degree or the work experience to match
Familiarity with Cosmos DB or other No SQL databases, including database design, scaling, and query optimization, is a plus.
Fluent English
