Technical Chapter Lead
We are looking for an energetic Technical Chapter Lead, Digital Service Solutions
IF’s Digital Service Solutions unit delivers top-notch digital experiences for our Nordic customers. We are a development hub in the Customer and Partner Solutions organization, responsible of our digital channels, and driven by modern technologies, smart design and user experience.
About the team
The Digital Service Solutions unit provides our Nordic customers with modern and attractive self-service solutions for their insurance, claims and payment needs. Our customer-focused development aims to continually improve our offering and add new self-service functionality for our customers. We are responsible for developing several digital service solutions for our customers like My Pages, Chatbots, Clickbots and Mobile Insurance Apps for i OS and Android for all of our markets. Our team is friendly, supportive, and self-driven. We collaborate with business and IT colleagues across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Latvia and Finland. You will join a cross-functional and cooperative scrum team, based in either Turku or Espoo (Keilaniemi).
About the role
We are looking for hands-on a Technical Chapter Lead for one our digital service solution development area. As a Technical Chapter Lead, you will have two main responsibilities, line organization and agile role.
- Leading and managing a team of developers in your chapter, ensuring their professional growth and well-being.
- Act as Delivery Lead in the Tribe. You will drive the development of our services. You will work together to develop, roadmap and align our Common Self Service API development in the tribe, with other tribe’s squads and with IF API framework.
You will also work closely with Tribe leadership, Scrum Masters and Product Owners to plan and deliver high-quality services that meet our customers' needs. You will collaborate with other Chapter Leads in our organization to share best practices and align on ways of working.

Requirements to succeed:
- You have several years of hands-on experience in API area development, and you master SW development best practices
- You have led or co-led a development team in the past in agile setup like in a role as technical lead or solution architect
- You are proficient in RESTful API’s, Azure cloud, Dev Ops and modern web development frameworks and tools
- You have excellent communication skills and capability simplify complex topics into plans
- You have continuous improvement mindset and you’re keen to challenge yourself and others to keep developing
- You can work effectively in English
- You have a university degree in a relevant field
