Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Turkish language lessons tailored to the needs of the hotel operation.
- Assess students’ language proficiency levels and create personalized learning plans.
- Organize and conduct group and individual classes, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
- Provide cultural insights to complement language instruction, fostering a deeper appreciation for Turkish culture.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with hotel management to schedule classes and promote language offerings to staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Teaching certification preferred).
- Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
- Previous experience teaching Turkish as a foreign language, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Multi-Tasking, Time Management, Detail Orientation Planning and Organizing.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
