Job Description
2.1 Develop learning strategies and plans with management based upon deficiencies identified in a needs assessment. 2.2 Evaluate skill level of employees.
2.3 Select employee participants in collaboration with manager’s nominations.
2.4 Seek out employee participants and market the opportunities to learn to always keep a full schedule of either classes or tutoring sessions.
2.5 Design, develop, and produce training materials (e.g., facilitator/participant workbooks, manuals, brochures, job aids, posters) for progressive coursework and sessions.
2.6 Select and specify any materials, books or other collateral required in the instruction process.
2.7 Prepare for training classes (e.g., materials, setup classes, breakdown classes). 2.8 Design and create interactive training in various formats.
2.9 Specify computer or electronic training tools required for instruction.
. 2.11 Maintain discipline and decorum in the classroom.
2.12 Facilitate a presentation event including management, course graduation certificates, etc.
2.13 Remove employee participants that do not adhere to class behaviour and study requirements.
2.14 Actively listen and respond positively to questions, concerns, and requests to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
2.15 Provide assistance to individuals with disabilities, including assisting visually, hearing, or physically-impaired individuals within guidelines (e.g., escorting them when requested, using words to explain actions, writing directions on paper, or moving objects out of the way).
2.16 Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage.
2.17 Welcome and acknowledge each and every person with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the person’s name when possible. 2.18 Speak using clear, appropriate and professional language.
2.19 Discuss work topics, activities, or problems with co-workers, supervisors, or managers discreetly and quietly, avoiding public areas of the property. 2.20 Talk with and listen to other employees to effectively exchange information

2.22 Ensure that hourly employees are trained.

2.24 Assign and ensure tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
2.25 Encourage and motivate employees to perform their best, take responsibility for tasks and assignments, make decisions and provide input on possible improvements.
2.26 Collaborate with management to develop and carry-out ideas and procedures, and set goals to continuously improve department performance.
2.27 Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
2.28 To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. Qualifications
Education: Related degree or specialized teaching credentials preferred.
Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Foreign Language: outstanding level of English.
Courses and Training: Prior attendance in courses and seminars in the field.
Computer Literacy: Excellent computer skills.
Special Qualifications: Multi-Tasking, Time Management, Detail Orientation Planning and Organizing.
