Job Purpose Plays a pivotal role in optimizing IT Infrastructure & Operations. Responsible for evaluating, recommending, and implementing technology solutions that align with the strategic objectives of the D&T Team & broader organizational goals. Duties and Responsibilities | -|-
Lead and manage technology projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Cascade and implement the Techbase portfolio, providing expertise in End User Devices, Collaboration tools, Cloud & Hosting solutions, Identity Access Management, Cyber Security, Data Center operations, and PCD.
Design & Manage Network Infrastructure & Data Centers in the Headquarters & 11 more offices that include Breweries, Warehouses & Sales Offices to ensure smooth operations.
Administer and maintain server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and regular updates of operating systems and software.
Prepare and Develop Disaster Recovery Plans for all critical IT Services whether they are cloud based or on-premises to ensure Business Continuity.
Maintain a high class level of Cyber Security Strategy to all ABC Network, Servers, Workstations & Production Environment across the organization and all ABC Breweries.
Manage telecommunication activities (Integration of data, voice, video and Cameras for building a complete Data/Voice network covering all ABC sites).
Analyses IT industry trends making recommendations regarding the relative impact to current and future enterprise infrastructure needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for network configurations, system architecture, and support procedures.
Generate regular reports on network and system performance, security, and project status.
Experience & profile (what & how)
Education: Bachelor level as minimum, Masters is a plus
Work experience: : 3-5 years in relevant experience
Languages: Excellent written and verbal English; any other language is a plus
