About this opportunity
S&R (Support and Repair) Life Cycle Manager (LCM) is responsible for ensuring that Ericsson able to meet contractual commitments regarding Ericsson sold equipment and support. The main task of Life Cycle Manager is to handle and lead the product lifecycle process and ensure the supportability of customer contracts for both Software and Hardware (at the node level and spare parts' level).
What you will do
Develop, enhance, and implement delivery models, frameworks, ways of working and processes within customer support.
Create the awareness and the environment that supports efficiency and profitable growth.
Use the Solid background and understanding of Ericsson products and solutions to support Ericsson business.
Exploit Strategic product leadership and product lifecycle management experience in Supporting delivery and sales success.
Handle CSUL (Customer Contract Service Unit List) updates in agreement with Hardware Support team and Service Delivery Managers.
Develop excellent Communication and cultivate positive relationships with your stakeholders.
Provide product life cycle information (SW/HW) upon request.
Stay updated on Ericsson portfolio/tools and standard methodologies.
Ensure the Adherence and compliance to:
Group directives
legal and financial directives.
Frameworks, processes, and tools.
Data security & privacy.
You will bring
Education: Engineering bachelor’s degree
Minimum years of experience: 5-10 years
Ericsson Customer Support experience is plus.
Excellent Negotiation and presentation skills
Project Management and Technical background
Strong knowledge of Service Delivery, Lifecycle & Compliance Process
Change and improvement management skills.
Data analytics and financial competence.
