As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis. Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve efficiently
Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
