Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix located in Smart Village. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience on a daily basis.
Qualifications
Pay: E£14,000.00 - E£17,000.00 per month

Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve efficiently
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Pay: E£14,000.00 - E£17,000.00 per month
