Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for various roles across different industries.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct headhunting to identify top talent.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted recruitment partner.
- Provide consultative advice to clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters in best practices, techniques, and strategies for talent acquisition.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate and client information.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and performance indicators to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to stay ahead in talent acquisition.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a recruitment agency setting.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a wide range of positions across various industries.
- Strong interviewing skills, including experience with competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage client and candidate expectations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
