Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
This role will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of strategies to achieve sales goals and maximize the profitability of our Franchise stores. The role shall focus on reporting and analytics providing visibility and guidance on the store & product performance across Franchise markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company and the channel goals.
- Develop strategy to support product selection that will maximize sales, gross margin through proposed range, before every season Sell In.
- Set up & analyze key merchandising reports to understand the category performance by country and by customer.
- Analyze every aspect of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock cover management and in season reactivity and provide recommendations based on analysis.
- Recommend end of season stock management plan to Franchise Partners
- Drive cross functional alignment with DTC, CTC, Brand and other functions to ensure excellence in execution across Franchise stores.
- Support franchise sales Buying team before and during sell in meetings.
- Prepare reports for effective pre-season planning.
- Coordinate with Franchise Managers & Merchandisers for in season activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Intermediate to advance MS office skills (Advanced Excel skills is essential)
- Power BI skills are an advantage
- Understanding of Merchandise & Assortment Tools is must
- Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data and develop innovative solutions
- Structured, organised & process oriented
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in business.
- 3-4 years merchandising experience.
