Position Overview:
As a Senior Brand Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Instabug.
You will be responsible for developing and executing design strategies that resonate with our customers. This includes creating compelling motion graphics, designing intuitive web pages (UI), and crafting cohesive brand assets. Your work will directly impact how our brand is perceived in the marketplace, driving engagement and ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity Development:
- Creation, evolution, and management of Instabug's visual brand identity
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, including website, and marketing materials
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure the brand's visual language is aligned with business goals

Motion Graphics:
- Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for use in video content, web animations, product demos, and social media
- Work closely with the content team to develop engaging storytelling through motion design that captures the essence of our brand
Utilize motion design to simplify complex ideas and make our products more accessible to our audience

UI Design:
Design intuitive and visually appealing website pages ensuring a seamless user experience
Creative Direction:
- Provide creative leadership and guidance to junior designers and freelancers
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained
Present design concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale and how it meets business objectives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or any related field
- 2-4 years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, UI design, and branding
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma
- Experience working within B2B and Saa S environments, with a solid understanding of industry-specific design challenges and best practices
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding
- Ability to create engaging and dynamic motion graphics that align with brand messaging
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS & Webflow is a plus
