As a Senior Developer at Lateral Software Development, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and delivering innovative software solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and fellow developers, to create high-quality, scalable applications that align with our clients' business goals.
ll. Key Responsibilities:
Software Development:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using the latest programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability are at the highest standard.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, sharing best practices, promoting code reviews, and continuously improving development processes.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement robust, scalable software architecture that meets project requirements and industry best practices.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project goals, requirements, and constraints. Communicate technical concepts clearly and propose effective solutions. Participate in agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve defects early, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Explore new tools and techniques to enhance development processes and improve software efficiency.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, API documentation, and user guides.
- Employment Type: Full-Time, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position.
- Location: Remote.
- Salary Range: $15-25 per hour, paid on a monthly basis.
